Vibrant with the sharp creaminess of tzatziki, the Greek yogurt dip, this dish embodies the cool, easy eating of the warmer months. Crisp cucumbers and hearty chickpeas are dressed with a lemony and garlicky Greek yogurt mixture.

Tzatziki chickpea salad. This particular salad was inspired by tzatziki, of course, and the little trick that I do is I add a little touch of honey. It brings like harmony. You might need to add a little bit of water just to get it to a kind of drippy consistency. Some salt and pepper. Not pouring the brine in. I’m just pouring in the chickpeas. And then I’m going to add the cucumbers, scallions, mint and dill. This, right here, is my happy place.
