Teen Mom’s Ryan Edwards and Amanda Conner Are Engaged

Wedding bells will soon be ringing for Ryan Edwards and Amanda Conner.

The Teen Mom star proposed to his pregnant girlfriend during a snowy family vacation this weekend.

Edwards, 37, confirmed the news via Instagram on Sunday, January 12, when the reality star shared a video of himself getting down on one knee to propose.

Fans spotted cameras filming the moment, causing some to speculate that the romantic gesture could be featured on the upcoming season of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.

It also appears Edwards made the proposal a family affair. The reality star — who shares Bentley, 16, with ex Maci Bookout — invited his eldest son to witness the romantic gesture. Edwards also shares Jagger, 6, and Stella, 5, with ex-wife Mackenzie Standifer.

Soon after sharing the news via social media, Edwards received well wishes from fans.

“This is the Ryan we all knew was still in there 😍😍😍,” one user wrote in the comments section. Another fan added, “Benny being there 🥺🥺🥺 love the growth.” Bookout also appeared to support the engagement when she liked the post.

Ever since Edwards — who has struggled with substance abuse over the years — started dating Conner around September 2023, Bookout, 33, has been supportive of the relationship. In fact, she was quick to call Conner a friend.

“She’s really easy to be around,” Bookout told Us Weekly in May 2024. “You know when you meet people and you can just feel the energy? She’s just got really good energy.”

Their positive relationship “naturally happened” with Bookout praising Conner’s positive influence on Edwards.

“We get along really well and just kind of click,” Bookout explained. “She’s really supportive of Bentley and Ryan and everything that’s going on with him. It happened naturally.”

In October 2024, Edwards and Conner announced they were expecting a baby girl. At the time, the couple shared their hopes and dreams for their daughter.

“Honesty is one of my biggest things, honest about who you are, about who me and Ryan are, I want to be honest about that,” Conner exclusively told Us. “I don’t want to hide anything from her. I’m going to be very cautious. I don’t want to be a helicopter mom, but I don’t want our child to go through anything that we’ve had to go through. I just want her to be very open to the world, but strong-minded about certain things.”
