We take a packet of frozen dumplings, the most versatile and adaptable freezer ingredient, and then we add some aromatics, and then we finish it off with a beautiful, fragrant salt and pepper mix. You add in the salt and pepper mix during the cooking, and then you can add more to your taste. Nothing makes me happier than frozen dumplings.
