Southern Hospitality Preview: TJ Claims Joe ‘Cheated’ With Luann

TJ Dinch is adamant that costar Joe Bradley hooked up with Luann de Lesseps in Us Weekly’s exclusive sneak peek at season 3 of Southern Hospitality.

TJ and Joe used to be best friends, but when Southern Hospitality returns on Thursday, January 2, they are feuding — and Joe’s new girlfriend, Maddi Reese, tries to bring them back together during the premiere.

“TJ, I feel like you gotta talk to Joe,” Maddi tells TJ in Us’ exclusive look at the Thursday episode. While she acknowledges that their issues “run deep,” Maddi is hopeful TJ will hear Joe out so they can work at Republic Garden & Lounge without any issues.

“I’m really just trying to have respect for myself,” TJ responds. “You think you can just talk s— and I’m not going to retaliate and show everyone who the f— you really are?”

Maddi argues that TJ was the one who “talked s— first,” but TJ denies the accusation.

“No, babe. I gave him the opportunity to tell the truth when he cheated on Danielle [Olivera], when he f—ed Luann. That’s what I f—ng did,” TJ fires back.

Us broke the news in January 2024 that Luann, 59, and Joe were “all over each other” at NYC’s The Dream Hotel after taping an episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen together.

At the time, Joe was dating Summer House alum Danielle, 36, whom he began seeing after getting close at BravoCon in November 2023.

During the season 2 Southern Hospitality reunion, which aired in February, Joe denied hooking up with the Real Housewives of New York City alum. However, he teased that he is the “mayor of MILF city” at his place of work in Charleston.

“This is the truth, me and Luann, we got a drink and hit it off,” Joe said at the time. “I did cross a line at the hotel, but I did not kiss her.”

TJ, however, claimed that Joe “hooked up” with Luann and told him he “should be honest” about what transpired. TJ added that he was “99 percent” sure that Joe had an intimate relationship with Luann, but Joe denied it again and told his former BFF to “f— off!”

While Danielle — who broke up with Joe in February — later told Andy Cohen that she is “also 99 percent sure” that Joe hooked up with Luann, Joe remained adamant that he was telling the truth.

When the cameras picked up for season 3 of Southern Hospitality, TJ and Joe were not on speaking terms, which is clear in Us’ exclusive clip above.

“Once a cheater, always a cheater,” TJ says of Joe in the season premiere, telling Maddi, “He cheated on Danielle. He cheated on f—ing Natalie. He cheated on all his past relationships.”

TJ alleges, “I wouldn’t be a friend if I didn’t tell you” before comparing Joe to Maddi’s cheating ex-boyfriend Trevor Stokes. (Fans saw Trevor’s past affairs come to light during season 2, before Maddi finally broke things off in late 2023.)

“I don’t know how different Joe’s relationship characteristics are different than Trevor’s,” TJ quips.

Maddi, however, insists that TJ is “wrong” and that she knows who Joe really is, calling him “my best friend.” (Maddi and Joe exclusively told Us in December 2024 that they began dating in April of that year after being friends for four years.)

“Everything that TJ’s telling me is not news to me. But I know that Joe would never do that to me,” Maddi tells the cameras. “He was my friend for years. I know all his red flags.”

Joe, meanwhile, reveals in his own confessional that he doesn’t “trust” TJ and is worried he will “get in between my relationship once again.”

The season 3 premiere preview ends with Joe telling TJ that they “gotta talk,” but TJ doesn’t appear to be open to a conversation.

“He’s not even willing to look me in the eyes,” Joe tells Maddi and their friend Emmy Sharrett during a group pool party. “I don’t know if you deserve that,” TJ responds.

Season 3 of Southern Hospitality premieres on Bravo Thursday, January 2, at 9 p.m. ET.
