Southern Charm’s Taylor Ann Green and BF Gaston Relationship Timeline

Taylor Ann Green found happiness with Gaston Rojas after a roller-coaster romance with Southern Charm costar Shep Rose.

“I am dating, so now I know what I want in life,” Green exclusively told Us Weekly in October 2023, revealing her boyfriend’s name is Gaston, “like Beauty and the Beast.” (He was later identified as Rojas.)

While Rojas isn’t a reality star like Green and Rose — whom she split from in July 2022 after two years of dating — he is connected to the Bravo world. Green exclusively told Us that she and Rojas met through Southern Hospitality star TJ Dinch when they were roommates.

“We were supposed to be going out to dinner with some friends, and then our friend bailed, and so it was just the two of us,” she recalled of their first “accidental date.” Green said that they realized during the dinner they were “oddly really enjoying this” and ultimately began dating.

Summer 2023

The pair started “talking” in July 2023, according to Green, but they didn’t become an official item until that September.

October 2023

Green exclusively confirmed her relationship with Rojas to Us following her split from Rose. “He’s incredible. He’s great,” she gushed at the time. “I feel very confident and secure in our relationship, so I don’t feel like we’re both two separate people. We do our separate things and when we come together, it feels very natural and easy.”

January 2024

The reality star spilled the tea about the biggest differences between Rose and Rojas during an appearance on the “Viall Files” podcast. “I think it goes back to [Gaston being] really caring, like, listening … and being invested in my life, even if it seems silly,” Green said. “Like, I overthink everything and [Gaston is] like, ‘Stop overthinking.’ I never really had these deep conversations with Shep.”

Green recalled being unable to have conversations with Rose about her emotional state during their two-year relationship. “I was like, ‘I’m going through something, and I really need your advice on this. What do you think?’ And he’d be like, ‘Well, I don’t get it. What are you talking about? It doesn’t matter,’” she recalled of Rose’s approach to their romance. “He doesn’t like drama. I’m, like, it’s funny that you don’t like drama yet your whole job in life [on Southern Charm] is drama.”

Green also revealed that Rojas is a “great lover” after previously claiming that she was not “fully satisfied” by Rose in bed. When it comes to her sex life with Rojas, Green said, “Yes, [I’m] very happy.”

March 2024

Green went Instagram official with Gaston on March 1 while posting snapshots of her life “As Uvv L8🙃.” The Bravo star included a cheeky photo of her boyfriend staring at her butt while she danced in a cheetah print bathing suit. She also shared a picture of Rojas snuggling with a puppy in bed.

Two weeks later, the pair went to Jamaica for a friend’s wedding. “Love like you’ve never been hurt, sing like no one is listening, drink out of ice cream cups like wine glasses don’t exist and dance until your pants rip🪩,” Green captioned a few beach snaps of the duo via Instagram. “Cheers to new friends and the Mr.&Mrs.🥂.”

June 2024

Rojas and Green cuddled up in their bathrobes during a trip to Baltimore with their dogs. “First time visiting Baltimore and exploring G’s old stomping grounds — we can’t wait to visit again!” she captioned the social media post. “Thank you @revivalbaltimore for having us and our pups to finish out our road trip🤍.”

August 2024

The couple enjoyed an adventure-filled summer together, according to Green’s Instagram recap. They partied with friends, traveled and had date nights in Charleston.

October 2024

Rojas was Green’s plus one at one of her best friend’s weddings in Charleston. “Sent our girl off to spend the rest of her life with her best friend🤍Cheers to The Whaley’s🥂🤍 10.13.24,” Green captioned a series of sunset snaps from the ceremony.

December 2024

Ahead of the season 10 premiere of Southern Charm, Green gave Us an update on her love life. “I know that I feel like he is The One,” she said of Rojas, revealing, “He actually talks about it a lot. He knows more about rings than I do, and he loves children, which is something that I’m still trying to figure out if I want to have kids or not. And that’s just a me thing.”

Green applauded her partner, saying, “He is so ready to have a family and just have his person and do life with his person, and I’m also ready to do that. So, we’ve definitely talked about it.”
