Meet the Cast of Sold on SLC, Bravo’s New Real Estate Reality Series
After the success of shows like Netflix’s Selling Sunset and Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing franchise, there’s a new crop of real estate reality stars in town.
Sold on SLC premieres on Bravo Wednesday, December 4, and will follow Presidio Real Estate CEO Jennifer Yeo and her team of Utah-based real estate agents.
“With impressive high-end properties and Salt Lake City’s LDS community as the backdrop, the show follows the layered social dynamics within the brokerage as the agents navigate complicated relationships and personal rivalries,” a press release for the series reads. “Always on a mission for commission, drama often follows the fierce professional ambitions of the team as they strive to stay on top, and continue to raise the bar, in one of the fastest growing housing markets in the nation.”
The show comes as Utah is having a moment in the world of reality television. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is currently on its fifth season and The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, which premiered on Hulu in September, was the streaming platform’s most watched unscripted season premiere of the year.

Jennifer Yeo
Jennifer founded Presidio Real Estate in 2011. She specializes in luxury real estate and second home sales.
“I believe if you are not growing, you are dead,” the CEO’s LinkedIn bio reads. “The future is bright and our goals get bigger every year. I love what I do and have found my genius in helping agents grow their business and succeed, all the while, providing a platform where they can thrive.”
Jennifer’s husband, Darin, has been supportive of her burgeoning reality TV career.
“Darin is one of the most supportive people in the world. If I came to him tomorrow wanting to do something big, he would go, ‘OK, let’s talk this through and understand it,’” Jennifer told TV Insider in December 2024. “I’m so grateful to have a husband like that. Someone who is willing to support everything I do. He actually loves the idea of the show.”
Tyna Edwards
Viewers can likely expect some drama from Tyna during Sold on SLC’s inaugural season. Her Bravo bio notes that although she has some “close allies” at Presidio, she also “calls out a fellow agent for a damaging rumor” that could impact her standing with the Mormon community.
Tyna was previously a practicing Mormon, but she recently left the church and came out. She lives with her partner, BJ, and her two daughters. Tyna is versatile as a real estate agent, selling everything from starter homes to ultra high-end properties.
Malaysia Fua
Malaysia previously left Presidio for a different firm but asked to return after realizing “the grass is not always greener,” her Bravo bio notes. Sold on SLC will document her journey trying to gain Jennifer’s trust back as she rejoins the team. Malaysia is a practicing Mormon and a mom of four. She is married to former NFL linebacker Alani Fua.
Matt Jones
Matt has worked as a realtor for Presidio since 2018. He shares four children with wife Nicole Jones and is a member of the LDS church. In an August 2024 Instagram post, he called his wife “the best choice I made 17 years ago.”
Sarah Martindale
Sarah is married to the enemy … or at least to the man who runs Presidio’s biggest rival brokerage; her husband, Chris Martindale, is a broker at The Real Brokerage. The couple share two children. In a November 2024 Instagram post, Sarah recalled meeting Chris eight years prior.
“When I was younger I used to watch american romantic movies and I remember dreaming about marrying a gringo and today I live this dream,” wrote Sarah, who is from Brazil. “8 years ago a man, that felt like was from the movies, invited me on a date and we never got separated. We created a beautiful life, married, had 2 kids and now we’re living God’s promises.”
Kenny Sperry
Kenny’s Bravo bio notes that he “pulls in some of the highest numbers” for Presidio and is beginning to represent more luxury listings. He is a practicing Mormon and shares two daughters and one son with wife Jessica Sperry.
“I am thankful for a powerful, strong woman who chooses each day to share her life with me, & for her sacrifice in building our beautiful family,” Kenny wrote via Instagram in November 2024.
Sold on SLC premieres on Bravo Wednesday, December 4, at 9 p.m. ET.
