Love Is Blind’s Ali Lima Details All the Work She’s Had Done on Her Face

Ali Lima got candid about the work she’s had done.

The Love Is Blind star, 29, took to TikTok on Wednesday, November 5, to open up about the work she’s had done after promising fans she would “share the cosmetic procedures” she’s experimented with.

“Today we’re going to focus on injectables,” she said. “The only thing I have to share as far as surgical procedures go is my nose,” she noted, sharing that she focused mostly on the tip of her nose while getting her rhinoplasty.

Ali went on to reveal that she gets Botox in her forehead, crow’s feet, around her nose and masseter Botox in her jawline to help with her headaches. “Usually it does help slim out the face a little bit, but for me, I mostly did it for medical reasons,” she said, noting that she gives herself Botox in some areas now.

“Moving on to filler, I have had one syringe of Voluma to my cheeks,” she said. Ali explained that she didn’t love the cheek filler but agreed to do it because she was a model for a training network. “They needed one other person and I was like, ‘OK, yeah put some in there.’” She noted that people start getting “cheek deficit” with age and could see herself getting more cheek filler later down the line.

“I don’t regret it. I think it looks good,” Ali gushed. “It restored a little bit in the center.”

Ali also shared that she’s tried out pyriform filler, which targets the area between the nose and upper lip. “I don’t feel like it really did anything,” Ali said. “I was really new to the aesthetic world at that time and I wasn’t aware of what was best,” she explained, noting that she would get other work done now.

“The other filler I’ve had [is] obviously lip filler,” Ali said, pointing to her pout. “My lips were non-existent. So thankful that was also the very first thing I ever did,” Ali said. “It really started my whole transformation and, in my opinion, my whole glow up. I think I look a lot better now.”

Ali’s cosmetic procedures aren’t the only thing she’s changed about herself as of late. Earlier this week, she showed off a hair transformation via TikTok.

In the clip, she played Ariana Grande’s “7 Rings” while playing with her new tresses, featuring subtle caramel highlights in her brunette strands. She ran her fingers through her brightened mane and showed off curtain bangs, as well as long layers and 24-inch extensions.

Ali styled her new ‘do in loose curls with her roots voluminously framing her face.

“Thank youu! I love the dark but needed a change 🥰,” she gushed. After another fan asked for a makeup tutorial, Ali replied, “I gotchu! Lots of life things going on rn but I’ll be posting more consistently soon.”
