Lindsay Lohan Is In a New Style Era — And We’re Loving It
Lindsay Lohan is experiencing something of Lohanassiance, to borrow a phrase from fans.
The nickname refers to the stunning personal style transformation exhibited by the Our Little Secret actress, which she’s been highlighting on every red carpet and talk show appearance, as demonstrated again on Wednesday, November 20, in New York City while en route to The View.
Styled by the duo Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn — who also counts Jennifer Lopez and Kerry Washington as clients — Lohan, 38, donned a flowing Giambattista Valli maxi dress with a botanical print.
The ensemble was plucked off the designer’s Fall 2024 runway, which was inspired by the late Lee Radziwill, a fashion icon who famously favored a minimalist look that coexisted with a more haute bohemian side. The naturally stylish Radziwill had a penchant for sophisticated restraint, which is also right in line with Lohan’s newly refined taste in fashion.
As the actress told Vogue in September 2024, “I like clothes that are effortless and chic, but comfort is key.”
She added: “I’m happy to go out of my comfort zone, as long as I know I’m wearing the outfit and it’s not wearing me.”
Featuring a mock neck and a loose, languid fit, Lohan’s ankle-skimming frock was breezy and boho in all the right ways. She grounded it with a pair of camel-colored leather boots with a block heel, which moved her delicate spring florals into cold-weather territory. Ditto for the luxurious pristine white overcoat, which gave her mostly all-white dress an elevated tonal twist.
Even in the middle of November, Lohan looked positively radiant with a glowing complexion. Indeed, not even a pair of killer angular black sunglasses could shield her luminous visage.
Lohan carried a Balenciaga Rodeo handbag in the color Latte, which felt fitting considering that she’s had a longtime love affair with the label, famously toting its city bags throughout the 2000s. However, this bag’s streamlined silhouette seemed reflective of her less-is-more sense of style.
Lohan may be the new poster girl for the rich mom aesthetic, joining the likes of Gisele Bündchen and Angelina Jolie. After all, she’s now a mother to 1-year-old son, Luai, who she shares with her hunky financier husband, Bader Shammas, and is a certified Hollywood legend.
Suffice it to say, she’s dressing the part — and never looked better.
