Jason Tartick and Kat Stickler ‘Amicably’ Split After 6 Months

The Bachelorette alum Jason Tartick and TikTok personality Kat Stickler have split after six months of dating.

“I am sad to share that Kat and I are no longer together,” Tartick, 35, wrote via Instagram Story on Saturday, October 12. “It’s fair to say that I love hard with all my heart and fall fast. Sometimes in life that works out and other times, it doesn’t. This time it didn’t.”

He continued, “Kat has brought me so much happiness and light, she brought out parts of me I never knew existed. I will forever be grateful for her and, of course [her daughter] sweet MK. This chapter closes amicably, and another opens.”

Tartick further noted that he will “be rooting” for Stickler’s “happiness” moving forward, adding, “I am also rooting for mine,” alongside a bandaged heart emoji.

Some celebrity couples have gone the distance, but others haven’t been as lucky. 2024 kicked off with a handful of Hollywood duos calling it quits. Fans were shocked when The Bachelorette couple Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo split after four years of marriage. Us Weekly confirmed on January 2 that the chiropractor filed for divorce […]

Stickler has also spoken out about the breakup in her own social media statement.

“With two back-to-back hurricanes, I obviously didn’t think it was the right time to talk about my personal life,” Stickler, who is based in Florida, said in a Saturday Instagram Story video. “A lot of you have already guessed, and yes, Jason and I have broken up. It was amicable. It just didn’t work. I don’t want to talk about it. Just wanted to tell you.”

She added, “I understand that with posting a relationship online, you also have to show this side [and] the aftermath. … I just wanted to tell you guys, and it’s not love wasted. I feel like sometimes it’s so easy to think when a relationship ends that the love was wasted but love is never wasted. That’s all I have to say.”

Tartick and Stickler were first linked in April, making their public debut as a couple one month later during an F1 Grand Prix party. Weeks later, they went Instagram official with a joint post captioned, “Heart is full.”

The pair, who first met when Stickler appeared on Tartick’s “Trading Secrets” podcast, often detailed their connection via social media.

Not all Bachelor Nation breakups are as pretty as a rose. Things quickly turned sour after Colton shaded Cassie’s decision to do an interview with Chris Harrison during the […]

“The day after our first kiss, Kat was supposed to leave town and I was leaving the following day. She FaceTimed me when she got on the plane and said ‘Should I get off this plane and go to you? Is that too much? I should just stay on, right? But it would be pretty romantic … I think. What do you think?’” Tartick recalled via Instagram in June. “I told her to do it since she didn’t have [her daughter] MK that weekend … and she didn’t even hesitate.”

Tartick added, “She got all her things from the overhead and at this point, everyone on the plane was sitting down. Flight attendant asked where she was going and all she said was ‘I’m gonna go see a boy I just met!!’ and then all the passengers started clapping and cheering and she left the plane and that night we had our first dinner where it was just us. I’ll never forget the feeling I had taking this picture right before that first date night.”

Tartick’s romance with Stickler was his first since he and ex-fiancée Kaitlyn Bristowe called off their engagement in 2023. Stickler, for her part, was previously married to Mike Stickler, with whom she shares daughter MK.
