Inside Brittany Snow’s ‘Low-Key’ Engagement to Hunter Moreno (Excl)
Brittany Snow and her fiancé, Hunter Moreno, have kept their relationship under wraps — but are thrilled about their next chapter together.
“Hunter is an extraordinary guy,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. “He’s a mental health advocate and just a salt-of-the-earth kind of guy. They are so happy together.”
Snow, 39, and Moreno, 31, were first linked in late 2024. Us confirmed nearly one year later in November 2025 that they recently got engaged.
“Brittany and Hunter are so private and low-key, they just started telling friends recently within the last few weeks,” a second insider tells Us. “It happened about a month ago. It was low-key and private.”
According to the second source, Snow’s friends “love Hunter for her” and think that the creative director is “a really cool guy.”
“He treats her well,” the source adds. “They are both very low-key people.”
Snow and Moreno’s reps could not be reached for comment.
The actress’ Beast in Me costar Claire Danes appeared to break the news of Snow and Moreno’s soon-to-be wedded bliss.
“You’re engaged? When did that happen?” Danes, 46, could be seen asking Snow on the red carpet premiere earlier this month. A source later confirmed Snow’s engagement to Us.
Snow, who seemingly did not respond to Danes’ question in the viral footage, has never publicly detailed her romance with Moreno. She has, however, frequently dropped “likes” on Moreno’s Instagram posts since they started dating.
Months earlier, Snow waxed poetic about her hopes to find love again after divorce.
“Personally — and this isn’t for everyone — I would choose having the love and then the heartbreak because I love feeling everything,” she told Bustle in September. “I just love being in love, and so I would do it again. I would always choose it.”
Snow’s relationship with Moreno is her first since she and Selling the OC star Tyler Stanaland finalized their 2023 divorce after two years of marriage.
“There was a marriage there. There was so much love,” Snow said on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast in March 2024. “I think that gray [area] is hard to understand because it’s much more salacious and interesting that it’s just like, ‘He did this, and she did this.’ I think a lot of people go into relationships where someone hurts them, but I don’t regret it. I don’t regret anything that happened. I loved that time that we had when we had it.”
According to Snow, she had discovered certain new aspects of Stanaland’s personality while watching Selling the OC.
“I was not aware of a lot of things, and I’ll say that,” the Hunting Wives star recalled to podcast host Alex Cooper. “I will say, what people think happened, happened. [The cast] took up a lot of energy and emotion and time and real estate in my head, and I don’t want to give them any more time and energy because then they would win and they would get what they wanted, which was getting my time and energy and attention.”
On the first season of the Netflix docuseries, Stanaland, 36, was accused of flirting with several of his Oppenheim Group colleagues. He denied the claims before moving on with Hannah Morrissey, and the couple got engaged last month.
“When the right person enters your life, it’s not just love, it’s a transformation. All the uncertainties are replaced with peace and partnership,” Stanaland and Morrissey wrote in a joint Instagram post in October. “And when you’re also aligned on all the important things it’s absolute magic. I have never had more fun or been more inspired and challenged in all the best ways. My cup is absolutely overflowing by this beautiful little family we’re creating.”
