Hailey Bieber Won’t Chop Her Hair for ‘At Least a Year’ Postpartum

Hailey Bieber isn’t planning on getting a so-called cropped “mom” haircut anytime soon.
After a TikTok user proclaimed in a Friday, April 4, video that Bieber, 28, “makes me want to cut my hair,” the model replied in the comments section.
“You would look stunning,” Bieber responded. “But let’s hold hands and agree to not make any big hair decisions postpartum!”
She added, “Personally giving myself at least a year!”
Hailey and her husband, Justin Bieber, welcomed son Jack Blues in August 2024. Since then, the Rhode founder has been candid about balancing motherhood with work responsibilities.
“I’m only doing what feels comfortable for me physically, mentally and emotionally,” she told Women’s Wear Daily in an October 2024 profile. “Mistakes are going to happen … [there] “will be bumps in the road, which are out of your control. But you need to pivot, run and work with them as they come.”
Long before becoming a mother, Hailey has been known to switch up her ‘do from long waves, chic bobs or different dye jobs. In a 2017 interview with Marie Claire, Hailey stressed that she’s focused on a “healthy” aesthetic with her locks.
“I got mine from my dad. We jokingly call it ‘chicken feathers,’” Hailey quipped to the outlet of her father, actor Stephen Baldwin. “Still, my mom has influenced how I treat my hair: She likes to use only natural or not-too-processed products.”
She added, “I have to be diligent with my hair: I use this line and regularly cut off the dead ends to make sure it feels healthy. The struggle is so real.”
In addition to maintaining her hair health, Hailey has prioritized her relationship.
“There has been a total shift in their marriage since renewing their vows [in May 2024] and welcoming baby Jack,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly in January. “He’s truly brought them so much happiness and a renewed bond.”
