Golden Bachelor’s Sandra ‘Enjoyed’ Meeting Golden Bachelorette’s Gary
Sandra Mason had a blast meeting Gary Levingston at the Golden Bachelorette finale.
“What a great show!!!! I’m so happy for my sweet friend Joan and her handsome beau Chock Chapple ❤️ They were positively GLOWING 💍🌹,” the Golden Bachelor alum, 76, wrote via Instagram alongside a photo of her and Levingston at the finale, which aired on November 14. “It was truly a gift to get to witness so many amazing moments of this season’s The Golden Bachelorette and widen my already amazing circle of Golden friends.”
She continued: “We are ALL having the time of our lives! Thank you @thegoldenbacheloretteabc for bringing us all together and letting us SHINE!! 🌟❤️🌟.”
Mason met The Golden Bachelorette alum during the After the Final Rose taping. Mason was there to support her pal Joan Vassos who got engaged to Chock Chapple.
After Mason shared her sweet snap with Levingston, Bachelor Nation fans flocked to the comments to gush over what a cute couple they would be. However, Mason cleared the air, clarifying that the pair just met and didn’t get to spend too much time together.
“I really enjoyed the few minutes we had together,” Mason replied to one user. “But he was bombarded by folks so I had no time with him. Sigh.”
Sandra Mason and Gary Levingston
Mason replied to others saying that Levingston was a “nice gentleman” and is hopeful to get to know him more in the future.
Some fans also tagged Vassos, 61, in the post so she could help arrange a date for Mason and Levingston. (Vassos previously revealed in her Us Weekly cover story that she has already set up “three” Golden Bachelor couples so far.)
A few days after Mason’s initial post, she uploaded another snap of her and Levingston at the event.
“Anybody know what this guy’s name is? Is it…George? Gene?? Gregory??? 😉,” she captioned the pic of the pair. “GARY!”
One user joked that Levingston’s “name should be ‘your man,’” which Mason thought was “brilliant.”
Another fan gushed about how exciting it was to see all the Golden Bachelorette and Bachelor contestants getting to connect outside their respective shows. Mason echoed similar sentiments.
“You cannot imagine how grateful I am to have been included in the show!” she responded. “I want EVERYBODY to make new friends with a diverse bunch of people from all over the country. So enriching and sweet!!!”
Bachelor Nation was introduced to Mason during the first season of The Golden Bachelor. She was eliminated by Gerry Turner in week five. Levingston, for his part, was one of Vassos’ recent suitors and left the show during the fourth week.
