Cardi B Bought Her ‘Thotty’ Birthday Dress From Her Former Strip Club

Cardi B exuded “thotty” energy in a little black dress while celebrating her birthday.

Cardi, 32, commemorated another trip around the sun on Friday, October 11, in a barely-there bodycon dress that celebrated her world-famous curves. The rapper, who is known for her unapologetically sexy approach to style and more, cut a cool figure in a downright hot halter dress — which the former stripper purchased from the Staten Dolls Gentlemen’s Club where she previously worked as a stripper under the stage name ‘Camilla’ before she got her big break in music.

Featuring a plunging neckline and sexy side cutouts the near-naked number revealed flashes of skin in all the right places. Extra eye candy came in the form of a bedazzled belt buckle that snatched her silhouette, while the super-sheer (and super-short) skirt was transparent enough to show the sexy black lingerie Cardi had on underneath.

She tied the head-turning look together with spangly stilettos featuring rhinestone straps that wrapped around her ankle. In true Cardi B fashion, she was dripping in jewels: A dazzling drop necklace, a never-before-seen toi et moi diamond ring ring (perhaps the sparkler was a birthday gift from Cardi to herself?) and a rare 18-karat white gold Audemars Piguet Royal Oak watch.

Cardi’s beauty look was equally striking, replete with rosy cheeks, long wispy eyelashes, glossy lips, winged eyeliner – and blue-colored contacts for glamorous good measure. The birthday girl’s brunette locks were styled with a middle part and a crown of soft curls, plus extra-long extensions that swung all the way down to her waist. The dramatic effect was made for dancing (and hair-flipping) the night away while celebrating a major milestone moment with your girls.

On Sunday, October 13, Cardi took to Instagram to break down her look. “So let me tell ya about my little thotty dress,” she captioned the carousel of snaps of her posing in the sultry getup. “The dress I was gonna wear for my birthday was a little too small and there wasn’t enough fabric . . . so I got my ass in a truck and went to Staten dolls gentlemen’s club where I worked at for four years and bought this little dress because baby NOTHING was gonna stop this night.”

Cardi also got real about her past stint as a stripper: “I love the fact that they don’t see me like CARDI B . . . they still treat me like CAMILLA (Fun fact . . . that was my stripper name 😂😂😂).”

Considering it’s been just over a month since giving birth to her third baby whom she welcomed on September 7, Cardi’s revealing little black birthday dress celebrated her bold self-confidence.
