Bachelor in Paradise’s Mari Pepin-Solis Reveals Her Cosmetic Procedures
Bachelor in Paradise alum Mari Pepin-Solis is opening up about every cosmetic procedure that she’s had done through the years.
“Here’s a list of every single cosmetic treatment I’ve ever had done,” Mari, 29, said in a Thursday, November 27, TikTok video. “When I was 21, I actually had my very first consultation for a breast augmentation. I was a broke college student at the time, so I did not get it done.”
Two years later, Mari had an enhancement treatment for the first time.
“That was lip filler. Shortly after that, I tried under-eye filler for the very first time,” she recalled. “I absolutely loved it. Those were the only two aesthetic treatments that I was getting [for a while].”
By the time Mari turned 27, she finally got the boob job she wanted years earlier.
“One of the implants ended up bottoming out, so a year later I went back and had that fixed,” she recalled in her Thursday video. “While [doctors] were in there fixing up the breast situation, it was decided that fat grafting would be useful. I guess, technically, you could say I’ve had liposuction, although it was a very scant amount and they took it from around my belly button.”
In addition, Mari “completely resolved” all of her lip and under-eye filler the next year. She only had her lip filler redone for a “fresh start.”
Now, at age 29, Mari has experimented with a few other “new” procedures for the first time.

“One of these things was [Botox] for the masseters. While my primary reason for getting the masseter Tox was for the TMJ relief,” Mari explained. “It does give you a slimmer jawline because it reduces how bulky those muscles are. It does have a bit of an aesthetic effect, in addition to the therapeutic effect.”
Mari also tried PRF EZ Gel, which injects platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) into the skin to create collagen, improve skin quality and brighten dark circles.
“Since I had my under-eye filler dissolved last year, I wanted to try this natural alternative,” she said. “It is 100 percent made from your own blood, and that is it as of today. That is the complete list of every aesthetic procedure I’ve ever had done. That’s not to say that I won’t try other things in the future, [but] that’s just where I’m at right now.”
Mari further shut down any critics of her beauty regimen.
“I am pretty pro-aesthetics and very pro doing whatever it is that makes you feel good about yourself,” the former pageant queen stated. “I am an open book and happy to share with you all.”
Mari rose to fame when she competed on Matt James’ season of The Bachelor, later appearing on that summer’s iteration of Bachelor in Paradise. During her time on the beach spinoff, Mari met now-husband Kenny Braasch.
“I knew that we were in a good spot. I knew that we had the conversations and I felt really good about where we could have gone after Paradise,” Mari previously told Us Weekly exclusively in 2021 of getting engaged on Bachelor in Paradise. “There’s always that little inkling that’s like, ‘Oh, my gosh, what if he gets cold feet? What if he changes his mind? What if he just wants to leave together as a couple?’ I still would have been happy, but I definitely was hoping for the engagement.”
They wed in 2023.
