Kylie Jenner Undergoes Stem Cell Therapy for ‘Chronic Back Pain’

Kylie Jenner is opening up about undergoing stem cell therapy after experiencing “chronic back pain” for almost three years.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder, 28, shared a photo of herself lying in a hospital bed via her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, December 3, and explained her decision to seek medical intervention for her back pain, which she said began after giving birth to her second child, son Aire, in February 2022. (Jenner also shares daughter Stormi, 7, with ex Travis Scott.)

“I’ve been dealing with bad chronic back pain for almost [three] years after my last pregnancy, and nothing I tried seemed to help,” Jenner wrote. “Hearing how much relief [sister] Kim [Kardashian] got gave me the confidence to look into stem cell therapy.”

“I went to @drakhan and his team at @eterna.health, and I’m honestly so grateful for the opportunity and resources. Everyone’s body is different, but this has been a huge step in my healing,” Jenner continued.

Getting candid. Kylie Jenner has shed some light on adjusting to motherhood after expanding her family with Travis Scott. The reality star first became a mom when she and Scott welcomed daughter Stormi in February 2018. “I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions,” she wrote via Instagram at the time, […]

She advised fans to “definitely do your research” if they want to consider stem cell therapy, adding, “Talk to your doctor and medical professionals, but I just wanted to share in case this helps anyone.”

In a subsequent Instagram Story, Jenner shared a photo of herself taken from behind, which shows two medical gauze pads on her lower back. In another post, she shared a selfie with her doctor, Adeel Khan, the founder of Eterna Health.

Back in August, Jenner’s older sister, Kim Kardashian, shared in an Instagram post that she, too, sought out Dr. Khan for stem cell treatment for various ailments.

“I’m so excited to share with you guys my stem cell journey,” she captioned a series of photos of her and Khan, including snaps of her undergoing treatment at an Eterna Health facility in Mexico. “Two years ago, I tore my shoulder while lifting weights, leaving me in debilitating pain. I tried everything to find relief, then I learned about the potential of stem cell therapy and met Dr. Adeel Khan at Eterna. His team treated my shoulder with Dezawa Muse cells™️, and the results were immediate. I regained full range of motion, and my shoulder has felt completely normal ever since.”

Kardashian, 45, continued, “Encouraged by this success, I recently returned to Dr. Khan to address chronic back pain that I have been suffering with for years. The Muse stem cell treatment was a game-changer once again. I experienced relief right away, and the unbearable pain is finally gone. If you’re struggling with back pain, I can’t recommend this treatment enough — it’s transformed my life when I thought my body was breaking down.”

“Of course, everyone is different, and I’m just sharing what has worked for me lately. Definitely do your own homework and talk to medical professionals,” Kim went on, adding, “Since Muse stem cells aren’t yet accessible in the US, I had to travel to Mexico to be treated by Dr. Khan’s team. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity and resources to pursue this healing, and I pray the science continues to evolve so more people can benefit. Forever thankful to @dr.akhan @eterna.health. Here’s to hope, healing, and the future of science.”

Other celebrities who have seen Khan for stem cell treatment include actor Zac Efron.
