The Jonas Brothers play heightened versions of themselves in A Very Jonas Christmas Movie — but which other members of the family make cameos?

The film, which hit Disney+ on Friday, November 14, follows Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas as they try to make their way home from London to New York after Santa Claus (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) casts a spell on them. While wildly successful as a band, the trio are struggling with their bond as brothers, and Santa is hoping to help bring them together through a series of unfortunate events.

While much of the film is, of course, fiction, the siblings bring a lot of their real-life highs — and lows — into the film, which was written by Love, Simon’s Elizabeth Berger and Isaac Aptaker. That meant bringing in their real loved ones was a must. Nick’s wife, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and 3-year-old daughter, Malti, appear in the film, as do Kevin’s wife, Danielle Jonas, and their two daughters, Alena, 11, and Valentina, 9.

“We’re playing ourselves,” Nick told E! News at the movie’s New York City premiere on Monday, November 10. “So, casting other people to be our family would not have been believable or worked. And it was just great to have them there and set the whole tone for the whole project.”

As for how the Jonas family felt about starring in the movie, Kevin’s daughter Valentina told People earlier this month that she thought she’d be “nervous” for her cameo but ultimately felt pure excitement.

“She’s actually very shy, but then when the camera came out, I saw, like, a new person on her,” Danielle said of her youngest girl. Alena, meanwhile, has always “loved the whole acting, kind of theater thing.”

While they don’t have any speaking lines, Joe’s two daughters — Willa, 5, and Delphine, 3, whom he shares with ex-wife Sophie Turner — seemingly show up in a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment in the final scenes of the film.

As the family dances around the Christmas tree, Joe’s two young. girls can be seen jumping around with their cousins, although their faces are mostly obscured. (Joe and Turner, 29, finalized their divorce in September 2024.)

Kevin and wife Danielle’s daughters, Alena and Valentina, have the biggest roles of the younger brood in the film, even getting a few lines of dialogue when Kevin calls them and Danielle, 39, on FaceTime.

“Look at this deer wearing a real diamond brooch!” Alena tells her dad as the girls gush over their custom-made Christmas ornaments. Valentina adds, “It even has teeny-tiny crocodile stilettos!” As Kevin worries how many of their tree decor items are “custom,” Danielle cheekily replies, “Don’t worry. All of them.”

The girls show up again in the final moments of the movie when the family is together celebrating at their home in New Jersey. They dance around the Christmas tree before the credits roll.

“It was great,” Kevin told E! News in November about working with his wife and kids. “The first scene that we filmed of the movie was with everyone together as a family. Really got the film going strong right off the bat.”

Does Nick Jonas’ Daughter Malti Appear in ‘A Very Jonas Christmas Movie’?

When Nick FaceTimes wife Priyanka at the start of the movie, Malti can be seen in the background playing by the Christmas tree in their rented Vermont home. Nick remarks that he’s sad Malti ignores him on the phone, which incentivizes him to get home to her and Priyanka faster.

“You guys already started opening gifts?!” Nick says with a sigh as Malti rips at wrapping paper in the background. Priyanka, 43, explains there was “no way” to stop her with so many presents under the tree. “All good, I just can’t wait to see you guys,” he replies.

Malti pops up again at the end of the film in her dad’s arms.

Which Other Jonas Family Members Appear in ‘A Very Jonas Christmas Movie’?

Every Jonas under the sun makes an appearance in the film, including youngest sibling Frankie Jonas, who answers the door for Joe’s love interest and childhood friend Lucy (Chloe Bennet) at the end of the movie.

“Welcome back,” he tells her before turning to Joe to ask, “What is my old babysitter doing here?”

The Jonas parents also make a cameo during the final song of the movie as they dance around the Christmas tree with the rest of the family.
