Olivia Culpo Says ‘It’s OK’ That Her Jeans Barely Fit Postpartum

Olivia Culpo is trying not to let her pregnancy and postpartum body changes get her down — especially during the thick of football season.

“All of my jeans are still so tight,” Culpo, 33, said in a Sunday, November 9, TikTok video highlighting her game day outfit for husband Christian McCaffrey’s latest San Francisco 49ers matchup. “These used to be loose. It’s OK, we’re doing the best that we can.”

Culpo, who gave birth to daughter Collette in July via C-section, rocked a pair of light-wash denim pants to the Sunday football game. She paired her skinny jeans with a white T-shirt with pictures of McCaffrey, 29, in uniform underneath his last name and brown suede ankle boots.

“These are so much tighter,” the model lamented, zipping up her shoes. “Everything is just not where I want it to be at [but] they are very cute shoes.”

Culpo completed her game day ‘fit with a Saint Laurent leather jacket.

“It was an early Christmas present to myself. I was a little early, but I couldn’t resist,” she said. “So cool.”

After Culpo got all decked out for Football Sunday, she needed to make one last-minute adjustment.

“The problem with this shirt is breast-feeding. I’m not going to be able to have her,” Culpo said of her tucked-in graphic tee. “I think I’m going to have to switch [to a tank top].”

According to Culpo, she planned to bring her OG shirt choice to use as a rally towel “every once in a while.”

Culpo brought Collette to the Sunday game, where McCaffrey’s 49ers faced off against the Los Angeles Rams. The toddler also brought her sideline best, rocking an adorable football-colored corduroy jumper embroidered with “Game Day” on the front.

Culpo previously took her daughter to her first-ever 49ers game in September, where the former pageant queen needed to adapt her own style to be able to nurse the infant.

“I’m breast-feeding, so I need easy access to the boobs. I’m wearing [a white] bodysuit,” Culpo said in a TikTok video at the time. “I’m going to wear [these matching jeans]. I wanted to wear lighter colors because I feel, like, soon I’ll transition into my usual, boring black that everyone complains about on here.”

At the time, Culpo explained that she was wearing an oversized jacket because she was “insecure about [her] stomach” after giving birth.

Culpo and McCaffrey, a running back for the 49ers, have been together since 2019. They got married in 2024 one year before Collette completed their family. McCaffrey has since praised how seamlessly Culpo has stepped into motherhood.

“I feel guilty at times. I’m sleeping well in the hotel bedroom while [Olivia’s] doing the dirty work,” he told the NFL Network in an August interview. “I’m super thankful for her and she’s doing an incredible job. [Then,] getting done with practice, whether you’ve had a good day or a bad day, being able to go there and see your daughter is very special.”
