Influencer Emilie Kiser Debuts Sleek Hair Transformation

Emilie Kiser is showing off a major hair transformation.

The influencer revealed via social media on Monday, October 20, that she chopped off her long locks into a shoulder-length bob.

“My name is Bob and I approve this message✨🧘🏼‍♀️,” Kiser captioned the video. “But on a real note, I am so glad I did the chop😭 Truly felt so so good.”

Kiser teased the new look via TikTok on Saturday, October 18, explaining that her hair is “long and healthy” but she was “craving a change.” Emilie noted that her and husband Brady Kiser’s youngest son, Teddy, had been “grabbing [her] hair a lot” so she wanted to cut it.

In the comments section, several users pointed out that there are positive benefits to changing her hair after the death of her and Brady’s eldest son, Trigg.

“Hi Emilie 💛 My husband is Cherokee, and in his culture, hair cutting holds deep meaning & it’s a sacred act tied to both grief and cleansing. It symbolizes releasing pain, honoring what’s been lost, and allowing space for new growth and healing. Sending you love and praying for you and your family ❤,” one user wrote, to which Emilie replied, “Thank you for sharing 🥺❤.”

Months before, the Chandler, Arizona, Police Department confirmed to Us Weekly that Trigg died after he was pulled unconscious from the family’s pool. In July, authorities submitted a criminal charge recommendation for Brady, who was at home when Trigg died. The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, however, later shared that there was “no likelihood of conviction.”

While debating her haircut on Saturday, Emilie opened up about navigating the past few months after Trigg’s death.

“I truly lately have just been reflecting on the last five months,” she said. “Since losing Trigg, I feel like I constantly am in this state — it almost feels like I’m floating. I just don’t know how, honestly, I’ve gotten through the last five months. I was five weeks postpartum with Teddy when my son Trigg passed away. Even thinking about that and re-getting myself into that headspace — [I’m] confused how I’ve made it through, barely, the last five months.”

When looking at Teddy, Emilie shared that she’s hit with “such a purpose.”

“I don’t even know. Teddy was so meant to be. Especially going through the loss of our first son, how incredibly, incredibly hard it’s been,” she said. “And hard isn’t even the correct word to describe losing a child. You literally cannot explain the feelings of it. But having him here and when I look at him and the joy that he brings me and the joy that he brings us and my family and everything, I’m just hit with this sense of feeling like he is so meant to be here.”

She continued, “I just know his brother is watching over him. I see so much of Trigg in Teddy. Just grateful to be a mom, you know. I don’t know if that is really a topic for Get Ready With Me right now, but I just felt like I wanted to say that.”
