Danica Patrick Rocks Bodysuit and Heels in ‘Adult’ Dance Video
Former NASCAR driver Danica Patrick is shifting gears from the racetrack to the dance floor.
The IndyCar sensation, 43, revealed that she tried out an “adult dance class,” showing off her moves in a sultry red-lit room while rocking a form-fitting bodysuit, knee pads and heels in a now-viral clip shared via her Instagram Stories on Monday, October 6.
“@un_apaula_getic said so few women are brave enough to take an adult dance class … but it’s a blast! Give it a try,” she wrote in the caption.
Patrick told her followers that she was doing a “choreographed” number and was taking “zero credit” for her trainer’s skills in a separate post, showing the model doing a backbend, a seductive crawl and forward fold into a split while the music played in the background.
“I may need some physical therapy after all the hair whipping,” she quipped.

The dance classes that Patrick took are described as “a safe place to get a workout, explore your sexy side, build confidence, celebrate each other, and improve your dance performance,” according to the unaPAULAgetic website. “Heels are optional, knee pads STRONGLY recommended.”
Earlier this month, Patrick made headlines when she expressed her disappointment that Puerto Rican rap star Bad Bunny would be performing the halftime show at Super Bowl LX in February 2026.
“Oh fun,” Patrick wrote on X. “No songs in English should not be allowed at one of America’s highest rated television events of the year … not just for sports.”
She later suggested an alternative halftime show in English while appearing on the October 3 episode of the “War Room” podcast, hosted by Steve Bannon.
“The Super Bowl is the most highly-watched show that we have on television in the whole year,” Patrick explained. “127 million people are estimated to watch it. It’s the crown jewel on television and in sports, in particular. It’s where we come together as a country.”
She continued, “We enjoy it, we have parties, we love watching the halftime performance. We know we love to sing along to the halftime performance and it’s usually one of those that’s very versatile across so many different age ranges.”
Patrick noted that she didn’t have any qualms “with someone performing at halftime that is not from the United States.” (It should be noted that Puerto Rico is a territory of the U.S., and Bad Bunny, like all Puerto Ricans, is a U.S. citizen.)
“I don’t care where you’re actually born. What I care about is that I can sing along to the music,” she added. “I don’t think it will be as much fun. I don’t think it will be as uniting. What I would hate to see is that it would divide us again, in yet another way.”
Prior to speaking out about the Super Bowl, the former professional racing driver made her way to Nevada’s Black Rock Desert for the week-long Burning Man festival, giving fans a glimpse at her outfits including a silver set and gold dress paired with a spiked crown.
Patrick, whose primary residence is in Arizona — where the dance classes are held — announced that she purchased a mountain home in Colorado in late August, writing, “I was patient and found a little slice of heaven.”
