Hailee Steinfeld Detailed ‘Family Time’ Amid Josh Allen Engagement

It seems that Hailee Steinfeld is basking in loved-up bliss since she and Josh Allen announced their engagement.

Steinfeld, 27, gave a brief glimpse into her life in the Friday, November 29, issue of her “Beau Society” newsletter, which promoted the brand’s newly released hoodie.

“OK, time to return to my family time and post-Thanksgiving food coma (stuffing gets me every year),” Steinfeld concluded. “But let me know if you snag a hoodie, I’m so excited for you and to see more Beau out in the world!”

Several hours later, the Hawkeye actress confirmed her engagement to 28-year-old Buffalo Bills quarterback Allen.

“♾️11•22•24 ♾️,” the couple captioned a joint Friday Instagram post, revealing Allen popped the question one week earlier.

In the photo, Allen got down on one knee beneath a rose-filled archway and dozens of candles overlooking a body of water at sunset. Steinfeld sweetly kissed her man after accepting his proposal.

The official Bills Instagram account replied, “LET’S GOOOOOO!! ❤️💙.”

Steinfeld and Allen were first linked in May 2023.

“The fact that anybody cares about that still blows my mind,” Allen said on the “Pardon My Take” podcast in August 2023.

The pair went Instagram official one year later, sharing snaps from a joint trip to Paris. During an August interview with sportscaster Kay Adams, Allen was fittingly dubbed “Mr. Hard Launch.”

“We love love,” Allen subtly added.

With their romance taking over the NFL, Steinfeld has been candid about cheering on his Bills all season long.

“Football season is back which means a few things. A) I get to watch my favorite person continue to make NFL history every week (go off 17),” Steinfeld wrote in a September issue of her newsletter. “B) We’re just a few weeks away from drastic temperature drops (California girl speaking) where you’ll find me drinking hot chocolate bundled in vintage Bills gear.”

She added, “I spent most of the game thinking about how lucky I am to get a front-row seat to the magic that is JA17, the entire Bills team and the stadium energy. The people who make up Bills Mafia are second to none.”

Steinfeld has also bonded with several of Allen’s Bills teammates and their own families. Weeks after attending wide receiver Khalil Shakir’s pet adoption event this fall, she and Allen cohosted a Halloween bash for the whole squad. They twinned in ringmaster costumes for the circus-themed party.
