Josh Altman, Heather Altman Leaving Million Dollar Listing LA

Josh Altman and Heather Altman have decided to leave Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles after a decade of selling houses on Bravo.

Josh, 45, and Heather, 39, left the show after this summer’s season 15, according to multiple outlets. TMZ, which was first to break the news, further reported that the married realtors want to spend more time with their children without cameras. (They share daughter Lexi, 7, and son Ace, 5.)

Neither Josh, Heather nor Bravo addressed the reality TV departure. Us Weekly reached out for comment.

Heather had been a MDLLA staple since 2008’s season 3. Josh, whom she married in 2016, joined the next year. The show follows a group of celebrity real estate agents in California. Josh and Heather most recently costarred alongside Josh Flagg and Tracy Tutor.

Earlier this year, Josh praised the show for helping his career in real estate.

“It’s how you use the machine of television. From day one, I was very careful about everything that I did, because I realized that if you use television correctly, it can be the greatest marketing tool in the world for your business,” Josh exclusively told Us in July. “And if done correctly, it can catapult your business to a whole other level that would take most people a lifetime.”

He continued, “Fifteen years ago as a different person at the time, I was trying to claw my way to the top in an industry that was super competitive, I just started having a little success after the economy collapsed in 2007 where I lost everything. So the mentality was, ‘Do what I need to do to get back to where I am or really just to survive.”

Josh Flagg is confident in Million Dollar Listing‘s success compared to other real estate shows — and he has the receipts to prove it. During an exclusive interview for the new issue of Us Weekly, Josh, 38, explained why Million Dollar Listing is unlike any other show about selling luxury homes. “I think the main […]

Josh has since used the exposure from appearing on reality TV to grow his business.

“I’ve used it as a benefit for our real estate business and teaching and mentoring other people and passing down what I’ve learned along the way. The highs and the lows to now selling a billion and a half of real estate a year — almost 5 million every day in sales — for the last 2000 days,” he told Us. “I get mail from people being like, ‘Oh, I became a real estate agent because I’ve been watching you since I was 10.’ And I’m like, these 10-year-olds are now competing against me. I f—king love it. It is so cool to watch.”

Josh and Heather met thanks to MDLLA, which also chronicled their engagement, wedding and the births of children Lexi and Ace.
