What’s in Our Queue? Museo Anahuacalli and More
Art: Museo Anahuacalli
A monolith forged from volcanic stone, this unusual museum in the Coyoacán area of Mexico City has the dystopian vibe of a cavernous crypt. The muralist Diego Rivera created it to house his vast pre-Hispanic art collection, and the architect Juan O’Gorman helped complete the project. Its gardens of towering cactuses are stunning.
