Having a toddler is a great way to discover previously unseen cultural institutions, particularly ones that feature splash zones and “sensory play areas.”
This museum remaps the borough itself into a playground — there’s a pretend Owa Afrikan Market! And a dumpling restaurant! And a bus! Also, there seems to be a different cute communal smock for every activity, from play sandbox garden to play Italian pizzeria.
